Lymphatic Drainage Massage in Toronto
From reducing bloating and fluid retention, to supporting pregnancy, postpartum recovery, post-operative healing, and everyday wellness, each treatment is customized to your body’s needs. Through precise, rhythmic movements, this treatment helps reduce swelling, improve circulation, decrease feelings of heaviness, and promote overall wellness.
How it works
Your lymphatic drainage massage begins with a personalized consultation to understand your goals and customize the treatment to your body’s needs.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage?
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage combines lymphatic techniques with more sculpting-focused movements designed to reduce the appearance of fluid retention, bloating, and puffiness while leaving the body feeling lighter and more defined.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle therapeutic technique focused on stimulating lymph flow, reducing swelling, supporting recovery, and promoting relaxation.
How will I feel after a lymphatic drainage massage?
Many clients report feeling lighter, less bloated, and deeply relaxed after their treatment. Some clients may also notice reduced puffiness and improved comfort in areas where they experience fluid retention.
How often should I get lymphatic drainage massage?
This depends on your goals. Some clients book treatments regularly every 2 weeks as part of their wellness routine, while others may benefit from a customized schedule for concerns such as swelling, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or post-operative support.
Is lymphatic drainage massage safe during pregnancy?
Yes. Our prenatal lymphatic drainage treatments are performed using pregnancy-safe positioning and techniques. Each session is customized to your stage of pregnancy, comfort level, and individual needs.
Can lymphatic drainage help after surgery?
Yes. Post-operative lymphatic drainage can help support the body’s natural recovery process by encouraging healthy fluid movement and reducing swelling. Treatment timing and technique will depend on your procedure and stage of healing.
Will lymphatic drainage help me lose weight?
Lymphatic drainage is not a weight-loss treatment. However, by reducing temporary fluid retention and bloating, many clients notice they feel lighter and less swollen after their treatment.
Are treatments covered by insurance?
Yes. Treatments are performed by a Registered Massage Therapist and include an RMT receipt that may be submitted to your insurance provider, depending on your coverage.

Glowing reviews, naturally
I’ve been seeing Sandra for lymphatic drainage massages since I was 6 weeks postpartum, and they’ve honestly become one of my favorite forms of self-care. I originally started getting Brazilian lymphatic drainage before vacations because I loved how sculpted, less bloated, and “snatched” I felt afterward, but now it’s become part of my wellness routine.
Sandra is knowledgeable, gentle, and makes every treatment feel relaxing. She tailors each session to what my body needs, and I always leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and so much better than when I walked in.
