Pre-Care for Microblading
Here’s the go-to on how to prepare your skin for the procedure & your appointment to make sure that you have the most beautiful brows.
Do not pick/tweeze/wax/tint or perform electrolysis one week before procedure
Do not tan two weeks prior or have sunburned face
Do not have any type of facial or exfoliating treatments 2 weeks prior to treatment
Do not work out the day of the procedure.
Do not have botox 3 weeks prior
Avoid/discontinue AHA products and retinoids for 2 weeks prior to the procedure
Do not take Fish Oil, Herbals or Vitamin E one week prior (natural blood thinners)
Do not drink alcohol 24 - 48 hours before your appointment
Do not consume coffee the day of, before your procedure - you're welcome to have it right after!
Do not take an aspirin or ibuprofen for pain relief (this thins the blood)
Patients prone to cold sores/fever blisters should take an anti-viral prior to treatment
Hormone therapies can affect pigmentation and/or cause sensitivity
Discontinue use of any brow-growth serums like Latisse 1 week prior, as it can cause sensitivity and/or affect pigment.

DO bring pictures to your appointment of what you would like your brows to look like.
DO show us photos of how you fill in your brows if that's the look you're going for.
