Cancellation Policy
Dermace Laser Clinic has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us or email us at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up to a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your paid deposit, charge a $50 cancellation fee, or deduct a prepaid session. For changes in your appointment, please call or email us at dermacelaserclinic@gmail.com

Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any treatments, products, prepaid packages or gift cards purchased in clinic or online. While we do not provide refunds, we may provide store credit on a case by case basis if it is determined that a particular situation warrants it.
Transfer Policy
Unused treatments may not be transferred to another customer. Pre-paid packages for specific treatment areas cannot be transferred to other treatment areas.
